执医分阶段考试对中医本科人才培养的导向作用 被引量:6

摘要 为满足日益增长的社会医疗卫生服务需求,更好地发挥医师资格考试对高素质医学人才培养的导向作用,国家卫生主管部门启动了医师资格考试中医执业医师分阶段考试的实证研究工作,从考试目标、内容、形式等方面进行了改革和创新。这对本科院校教育有明确的导向作用,推动高校在课程考试形式、实践考核基地建设、教学效果评价、课程综合改革等方面进行探索,以不断提高中医本科人才培养质量。 To meet the increasing demand of social medical and health service,to give full play to the guiding role of medical qualification examination in the training of high quality medical talents,the state health administration has initiated the empirical research work on the examination for the qualification of Chinese medicine practitioners in stages,and has carried out reforms and innovations in terms of examination objectives,contents,forms,etc.which has a clear guiding effect on the education of undergraduate colleges and universities.In order to improve the quality of undergraduate Chinese medicine talents training,colleges and universities should be promoted to explore the form of curriculum examination,the construction of practical examination base,the evaluation of teaching effect,the comprehensive reform of curriculum and so on.
