基于“慢”理念的浙南山区经济社会的快发展——以文成县玉壶“侨韵”国际慢城建设为例

Fast Social and Economic Development Based on “Slow” in Mountainous Areas in Southern Zhejiang Province——A Case Study of “Qiao Yun” international Cittaslow of Wencheng

浙南山区建设国际慢城具有资源优势,但基础较差,必须在经济社会快发展中追求高品质慢生活,走不同于西方发达国家的慢城发展路径。根据慢城模式以人为本追求高品质生活的宗旨,结合文成县玉壶"侨韵"国际慢城建设实践分析,浙南山区国际慢城建设应以当地经济社会较高程度的发展为前提,把以慢旅游为核心的"慢"经济产业发展作为逻辑起点,将慢城建设与经济发展、美丽城乡建设和新型城镇化有机融合在一起,"慢"中求快,协同推进。

Construction of international cittaslow in mountainous areas in southern Zhejiang province reveals advantages in resources and disadvantages in infrastructure. It is necessary to pursue a slow quality life against fast development of economy and society with an approach different from western developed countries. In light of peopleoriented and the practice of "Qiao-yun" international cittaslow in Yuhu Wencheng, construction of international cittaslow in these areas should be based on advancement of local economy and society and logical starting point of "slow" economic industry centered on slow tourism. Integration of constructing cittaslow with economic development, building rural beauty and modern urbanization contributes to "seeking fast against slow" and coordinated progress.
