摘要
目的探讨OxfordⅢ单髁系统治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎的疗效。方法采用OxfordⅢ单髁系统手术治疗22例膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者,采用VAS评分、HSS评分、KSS评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间2~18个月。手术时间33~56(40±9) min,术后引流量30~60(40. 1±8. 4) ml,住院时间7~15(9. 2±2. 8) d。术后患者症状与功能均较术前显著改善。VAS评分:术前为5~10(8. 1±1. 0)分,术后8周为0~3(2. 1±0. 7)分; HSS评分:术前为19~59(47. 1±8. 7)分,术后8周为59~90(77. 3±7. 7)分; KSS临床评分:术前为28~66(43. 5±9. 8)分,术后8周为60~94(73. 6±10. 5)分; KSS功能评分:术前为29~65(46. 1±10. 0)分,术后8周为57~98(72. 8±10. 9)分;各项评分手术前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 OxfordⅢ单髁系统治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎疗效明显,创伤小,保留骨量好,恢复快,并发症少。
ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of OxfordⅢunicondylar system in the treatment of knee joint medial compartment osteoarthritis.MethodsThe 22 patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of knee joint were treated with OxfordⅢunicondylar system.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by VAS,HSS and KSS score.ResultsAll patients were followed up for 2~18 months.The operation time was 33~56(40±9)min,the postoperative drainage volume was 30~60(40.1±8.4)ml,and the hospitalization time was 7~15(9.2±2.8)d.Postoperative symptoms and function were significantly improved compared with the preoperative.VAS was 5~10(8.1±1.0)points before surgery,0~3(2.1±0.7)points 8 weeks after surgery;HSS score was 19~59(47.1±8.7)points before surgery,59~90(77.3±7.7)points 8 weeks after surgery;KSS clinical score was preoperative 28~66(43.5±9.8)points,60~94(73.6±10.5)points 8 weeks after surgery;KSS functional score was preoperative 29~65(46.1±10.0)points,57~98(72.8±10.9)points 8 weeks after surgery.All scores were statistically significant before and after surgery(P<0.05).ConclusionsOxfordⅢunicompartmental replacement of medial compartment knee osteoarthritis has obvious effect,with less trauma,good retention of bone,rapid recovery,fewer complications.
