摘要
大学新教师入职后在激发学生学习动力、组织课堂教学、发展学生能力以及考核学生的学习等方面面临一系列问题,有些问题看似简单,实际上却需要掌握相关的高等教育理念、方法与技术。新教师可以采取从学生的"痒处"着手,设计学习目标与任务;遵循教学内容的"三讲""三不讲"原则;智慧处理课堂问题;激发自身教学的内动力;为学生发展沟通表达能力提供机会;采取过程考核与终结性考核相结合等措施来解决这些问题,从而达到提高教学能力、提高课堂教学质量的目的。
New university teachers are faced with a series of problems like motivating students to study,organizing classroom activities,developing students’ abilities and assessing students’ learning.Some of the problems seem simple,but are difficult to deal with in practice.Through the interviews with young teachers,the author figures out that we can design the learning goals and tasks based on students’ needs;follow the principle of "three dos" and "three don’ts" of the teaching contents;address classroom problems intelligently;stimulate the internal motivations of teachers;provide students with the opportunities to develop their expression abilities and combine the process assessment with the final judgment to solve these problems.Solutions to these problems will help new teachers to carry out teaching activities more efficiently and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
