Research on the Implicit Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under New Situation

新形势下高职院校隐性思想政治教育发挥着越来越重要的作用,要根据高职院校的人才培养目标和学生特点,从校园环境、职业规划、技术拓展、行为组织、心理咨询、资助体系等六个方面探索隐性教育途径,促进思想政治教育"隐"和"显"有机结合研究,提高新形势下高职思想政治教育的实效性。

The implicit ideological and political education plays an increasingly significant role in higher vocational colleges nowadays.Based on the talent training targets and the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,this study explores the ways of the implicit ideological and political education from the following six aspects: campus environment,career planning,technique development,behavior organization,psychological consultation and subsidy system.The study promotes the organic combination of the implicit and explicit ideological and political education study,and enhances the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under new situation.
