院前急救对高血压脑出血患者治疗效果及预后的影响

Effect of pre-hospital first aid on treatment outcome and prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨院前急救对高血压脑出血患者治疗效果及预后的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月~2018年5月收治的200例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照是否行院前急救分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组不实施院前急救,直接由家属送医院,观察组实施院前急救,比较两组的急救反应时间、生活质量、发生并发症情况。结果观察组的急救反应时间快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的脑疝、气道阻塞、中枢性高热发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果显著,能缩短患者的急救反应时间,且预后生活质量指标改善理想,安全系数较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of pre-hospital first aid on the treatment and prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 200 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to whether pre-hospital first aid was performed, they were divided into control group(100 cases) and observation group(100 cases). The control group did not implemented pre-hospital first aid, and was directly sent to the hospital by the family. The observation group was implemented pre-hospital first aid, the emergency response time, quality of life, and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The emergency response time of in the observation group was faster than that of the control group(P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of cerebral palsy, airway obstruction and central hyperthermia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Pre-hospital first-aid has a significant effect in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which can shorten the emergency response time of patients, and the prognosis quality of life indicators are improved, and the safety factor is high.
