康复新液加入云南红药胶囊治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution mixed with Yunnan Hongyao Capsules in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis

目的探讨我院配制的一种新型灌肠液(康复新液加入云南红药胶囊)保留灌肠对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月~2017年1月我院收治的临床轻中度UC60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组在传统灌肠液康复新液中加入云南红药胶囊进行保留灌肠治疗,对照组仅予以康复新液保留灌肠治疗,连续治疗4周。治疗结束后比较两组的临床效果、主要症状积分、复发率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组治疗总显效率、总有效率(86.67%、96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%、93.33%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组脓血便、腹痛、腹泻症状的评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的肛门下坠评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论在传统灌肠液康复新液基础上加入云南红药胶囊进行保留灌肠,治疗轻中度UC有显著的效果,且临床安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of a new enema solution(Kangfuxin Solution mixed with Yunnan Hongyao Capsules) in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods Sixty patients with mild to moderate UC in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2017 were recruited and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. In the treatment group, Yunnan Hongyao Capsules was added to the traditional Kangfuxin Solutions for retention enema, while in the control group, Kangfuxin Solution alone was used for retention enema. Both groups were treated for 4 continuous weeks. After treatment, the clinical effect,main symptom scores, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total marked effectiveness rate and total effectiveness rate in the treatment group were 86.67% and 96.67%, higher than those in the control group accounting for 73.33% and 93.33% respectively, but there was no significant difference in the anus drop score between the two groups(P>0.05). The scores of pus and bloody stool, abdominal pain and diarrhea in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the anus drop score between the two groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group with significant difference(P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment in the two groups. Conclusion Yunnan Hongyao Capsules added on the basis of the traditional Kangfuxin Solution for retention enema can obtain a remarkable effect on treating mild to moderate UC in high clinical safety.
