摘要
目的探究肌电生物反馈(EMG-BF)配合常规康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者肩关节运动功能的效果。方法选取2016年9月~2017年12月于我院住院的70例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)和治疗组(35例)。对照组患者给予常规康复治疗,治疗组患者给予EMG-BF配合常规康复治疗,疗程4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的肩关节活动度、Fugl-Meyer评估表(FMA)、功能独立性评定量表(FIM)、Barthel指数评分,并比较两组患者康复治疗后的Brunnstrom分级。结果治疗组患者治疗后的肩关节外展、外旋、内旋角度均明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后的FMA、FIM、Barthel指数评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者康复治疗后的Brunnstrom分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EMG-BF配合康复治疗能明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肩关节的运动功能。
Objective To explore the effect of electromyographic biofeedback(EMG-BF) combined with conventional rehabilitation in the treatment of shoulder joint motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of70 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected as research objects and they were divided into the control group(35 cases) and the treatment group(35 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation, and the treatment group was treated EMG-BF combined with conventional rehabilitation for 4 weeks. The shoulder mobility, Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA), functional independence rating scale(FIM), Barthel index scores before and after treatment, and Brunnstrom grading after rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results The angles of shoulder abduction, external rotation and internal rotation after treatment in the treatment group were significantly larger than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of FMA、FIM and Barthel index after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The Brunnstrom grading of the treatment group after treatment was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions EMG-BF combined with rehabilitation can significantly improve the shoulder joint motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
