刺五加注射液灌洗治疗膝骨关节炎的效果

Effect of Ciwujia Injection lavage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨刺五加注射液灌洗治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法选取2016年3月~2017年8月我院收治的130例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各65例。对照组采用西药溶液灌洗治疗,治疗组采用刺五加注射液灌洗治疗。比较两组患者的治疗优良率和不良反应总发生率;采用严重性和活动性指数(Lequesne)对膝骨关节炎治疗前后的膝关节肿胀、压痛、活动度等进行评分并比较。结果治疗组患者的治疗优良率为95.4%,高于对照组的83.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗1、2、3周后的Lequesne评分低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗1、2、3周后的Lequesne评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论刺五加注射液灌洗治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,能减轻患者膝关节的肿胀、疼痛等症状,值得临床借鉴和进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Ciwujia Injection lavage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 130 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled,they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, with 65 cases each group. The control group was lavaged with western medicine solution, while the treatment group was lavaged with Ciwujia Injection. The excellent rate of treatment and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The severity and activity index(Lequesne) were used to evaluate and compare the swelling, tenderness and activity of knee joint before and after treatment. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the treatment group was 95.4%, which was higher than 83.1% in the control group(P<0.05). The Lequesne score of the two groups after 1, 2 and 3 weeks of treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The Lequesne score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after 1, 2 and 3 weeks of treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Ciwujia Injection lavage treatment of knee osteoarthritis is effective, can reduce knee swelling, pain and other symptoms, worthy of clinical reference and further promotion.
