全面腹部超声在急腹症临床诊断中的应用价值

Application value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdominal disease

目的研究全面腹部超声检查在临床急腹症中诊断的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2017年12月我院100例急腹症患者的临床资料,其中50例患者接受全面腹部超声诊断(观察组),另50例患者接受选择性腹部超声诊断(对照组),比较两组患者的诊断符合率、超声检查时间、临床诊断时间。结果观察组的诊断符合率为94%,高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的超声检查时间为(16.45±1.32) min,长于对照组的(10.12±1.17) min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床诊断时间为(2.01±1.26) h,短于对照组的(2.69±1.45) h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面腹部超声用于急腹症临床诊断,能够提高诊断符合率,帮助临床医生更迅速完成诊断,对于临床确定治疗方案有更明显的指导价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of clinical acute abdominal disease. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with acute abdominal disease hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 50 patients underwent comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography(observation group) and 50 patients underwent selective abdominal ultrasonography(control group). The diagnostic compliance rate, time of ultrasound examination, and time of clinical diagnosis were compared between the two groups. Results The diagnostic compliance rate of the observation group was94%, which was higher than of the control group accounting for 80%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The ultrasound examination time of the observation group was(16.45±1.32) min, which was longer than that of the control group accounting for(10.12±1.17) min, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical diagnosis time of the observation group was(2.01±1.26) h, which was shorter than that of the control group accounting for(2.69±1.45) h, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdominal disease can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate and help clinicians complete their diagnosis more quickly, which has more obvious guiding value for clinical determination of treatment plan.
