综合护理干预对妊娠期骨折患者依从性及康复效果的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance and rehabilitation effect of patients with fracture at gestation period

目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠期骨折患者依从性及康复效果的影响。方法将2015年2月~2018年2月我院骨科收治的32例妊娠期骨折患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间不同,将其分为对照组(n=15)和观察组(n=17)。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者进行综合护理干预。比较两组患者的护理依从性、住院阶段的并发生发生情况、住院时间和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理依从性评分高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效提高妊娠期骨折患者的依从性和康复效果。

Objective To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance and rehabilitation effect of patients with fracture at gestation period. Methods From February 2015 to February 2018, 32 patients with fracture at gestation period treated in department of orthopedics of our hospital were selected as study objects. According to the different time of patients′ admission time, they were divided into the control group(n=15) and observation group(n=17). The patients in the control group were given with the routine nursing methods, while the patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing compliance, the incidence of complications in hospitalization stage, hospitalization time and the satisfaction degree of nursing were compared in patients between the two groups. Results The nursing compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance and rehabilitation effect of patients with fracture at gestation period.
