多维度康复护理在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of multidimensional rehabilitation nursing in the nurs-ing of patients with schizophrenia

目的分析多维度康复护理在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年10月收治的120例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。观察组行多维度康复护理,对照组行常规护理。比较两组患者护理前后的生活技能及社会功能,采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)、功能活动调查表(FAQ)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)进行评估;比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量,使用卡氏评分(KPS)、生命质量量表(QL-index)、社区人群功能测量表(COOP/WONCA)评估。结果与护理前比较,护理后两组患者的ADL评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组;护理后,两组的FAQ、SDSS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;护理后两组的KPS、QL-index、COOP/WONCA评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维度康复护理能有效改善精神分裂症患者的生活技能、社会功能,从而改善其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective to analyze the application effect of multidimensional rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia. Methods All of 120 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60) according to the nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given multidimensional rehabilitation nursing. The life skills and social function of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and evaluated by daily life ability scale(ADL), functional activity questionnaire(FAQ) and social function defect screening scale(SDSS). The life of quality in the two groups before and after nursing was compared and evaluated by KPS score(KPS), quality of life scale(QL-index) and community population function measurement table(COOP/WONCA). Results Compared with before nursing, ADL scores in the two groups were increased after nursing, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of FAQ and SDSS in the two groups were decreased after nursing, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the cores of KPS, QL-index and COOP/WONCA in the two groups were higher than those in the control group, and the observation group was higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional rehabilitation nursing can improve the life skills and social functions of patients with schizophrenic effectively to improve the quality of life of them. It is worth popularizing.
