针对性护理在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing in pediatric indirect inguinal hernia surgery

目的探讨针对性护理在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年7月~2017年7月收治的100例小儿疝气患儿作为研究对象,将所有患儿采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。两组患儿均接受腔镜微创术治疗,对照组患儿给予手术常规护理干预,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理干预。比较两组患儿的手术相关指标改善情况,评估干预后患儿家属的护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间、排气时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术治疗中给予针对性护理干预可有效减少术中出血量,加快术后恢复,提高家长满意度,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in pediatric indirect inguinal hernia surgery.Methods All of 100 children with hernia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50) according to the random digital table method. The two groups were treated with endoscopic minimally invasive surgery, and the control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the children in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The improvement of operation related indicators in the two groups were compared, and the nursing satisfaction degree of family members of children after intervention was evaluated. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount of the children in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the operation time, the exhaust time and the hospitalization time of the children were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction degree of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing applied in pediatric indirect inguinal hernia surgery can effectively reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount, accelerate the recovery after the operation,improve the satisfaction degree of the family members. It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
