优质护理干预在老年急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis

目的研究优质护理干预在老年急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月~2018年2月在我院接受治疗的64例急性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,并在手术过程中对患者实施相应的护理措施。根据患者接受护理方式的不同将患者分为两组,每组各32例。常规组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受优质护理干预。对比两组患者护理后的手术指标、护理总满意度和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、下床活动时间和住院时间等手术指标均短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在康复期间,观察组患者的并发症总发生率为6.25%,低于常规组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的护理总满意度为96.88%,高于常规组(71.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年急性胆囊炎患者在围术期接受优质护理,能够促进手术的顺利进行,减少并发症的产生,并提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods Sixty-four patients with acute cholecystitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as subjects. All patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy and they were provided with corresponding nursing measures during surgery. According to different nursing measures,they were divided into regular group and observation group,32 cases in each group. In the regular group, patients received routine nursing intervention, while in the observation group, high quality nursing intervention was adopted. The surgical indicators after nursing, total nursing satisfaction, and occurrence of complications were compared in the two groups. Results The surgical indexes of the observation group, such as operation time, time to get out of bed, and hospital stay were all shorter than those of the regular group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the regular group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). During the rehabilitation period, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%, lower than that of the regular group(25.00%) with significant differences(P<0.05). After nursing, the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.88%, which was higher than that of the regular group(71.88%) with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with acute cholecystitis, application of high quality care during the perioperative period can promote the smooth operation of surgery, reduce the occurrence of complications, and increase the patient′s satisfaction on nursing, which is worthy of promotion.
