摘要
目的分析自主维护知识库的建立与完善在门诊处方前置审核中的应用成效。方法介绍根据《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》和我院处方点评经验,建立与完善的自主维护知识库在门诊处方前置审核中的应用,分析并评价知识库的建立与完善对我院2017年2月—2018年1月门诊处方审核及干预的影响。结果处方前置审核药师干预成功率和事后处方合格率呈上升趋势;而事中窗口药师流转单干预处方数和处方前置审核问题处方占比呈下降趋势。结论知识库的建立与完善可促进处方前置审核的顺利进行,提高处方质量,保障安全合理用药。
Objective To analyze the application effects of the establishment and improvement of independence maintenance knowledge base in outpatient prescription prechecking.Methods The application of the establishment and improvement of independence maintenance knowledge base which was established based on review of Regulations for Hospital Prescription Evaluation(Trial)and the experience of prescription comment in outpatient was introduced.Meanwhile,the data of outpatient prescription checking and intervention from February,2017 to January,2018 was collected from the hospital during the application of establishment and improvement of knowledge base to analyze and evaluate the effect of the knowledge base.Results The pharmacists intervention success rate of prescription prechecking and the prescription qualified rate appeared a upward trend.However,a downward trend presented in the number of circulation list intervention prescription by pharmacists at the front desk and the proportion of problem prescription in prescription prechecking.Conclusion The establishment and improvement of independence maintenance knowledge base can smoothly promote prescription prechecking,improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions,and ensure safe and rational drug use.
