Practice Analysis and Exploration of the Working Mode of Pharmaceutical Services Alliance

建立"药学服务联合体"是实现各级医疗机构药学人才队伍实践能力提升,提高基层医疗机构药学服务效能,为基层患者提供同质化药学服务的有效举措。分析、借鉴我国现有的部分药学服务联合体工作经验,以期为建立有效的药学服务联合体工作模式提供思路,提升各级医疗机构药学队伍整体服务水平。

The establishment of pharmaceutical services alliance is an effective measure to enhance the practical ability of pharmaceutical personnel in medical institutions at all levels,to improve the efficacy of pharmaceutical care in primary medical institutions,to promote rational drug use at the primary level,and to provide homogeneous pharmaceutical care for patients at the primary level.Drawing lessons from work experience of some existing pharmacist alliance in China will refer to establish an effective working mode of pharmaceuticalservices alliance,and to improve the overall service level of pharmaceutical teams at all levels of medical institutions.
