污水处理厂污泥脱水滤液循环利用

摘要 针对污水处理厂当中的污泥脱水滤液展开循环利用研究,按照1:4的比例将滤液和剩余污泥进行均匀地混合,然后将其导入沉淀器当中实施重力浓缩试验。发现可以改善污泥浓缩脱水性能,在提升污泥沉淀速度的同时,能够使浓缩污泥浓度增加。结合相关生产运行数据,在浓缩池当中加入污泥脱水滤液和剩余污泥形成的混合液,会得到更加清澈的上清液,污泥在固体符合率方面会出现明显的提升。这样不仅可以有效减少污泥处理过程中的成本投入,同时还能降低污泥处理系统建设的资金投入,能够为系统工艺优化奠定坚实的基础,有利于污水处理厂的可持续发展。 In this paper, the sludge dewatering filtrate in the sewage treatment plant is recycled and reused. According to the ratio of 1:4, the filtrate and excess sludge are mixed evenly, and then the filtrate is imported into the precipitator for gravity concentration test. At the same time, the concentration of concentrated sludge can be increased. Combining with the relevant production and operation data, adding the mixture of sludge dewatering filtrate and excess sludge into the thickener will result in a clearer supernatant, and the solid compliance rate of sludge will be significantly improved, which can not only effectively reduce sludge treatment. The cost input in the process can also reduce the investment in the construction of sludge treatment system, lay a solid foundation for the optimization of the system process, and is conducive to the sustainable development of sewage treatment plants.
