区域体育服务竞争力评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Regional Sports Service Industry Competitiveness

基于产业比较的视角,在界定了区域体育服务业竞争力概念的基础上,构建了区域体育服务业竞争力评价指标体系,再通过德尔菲法修正完善区域体育服务业竞争力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法求出各层次指标的权重而构建出区域体育服务业竞争力评价模型,最后得到区域体育服务业竞争力指数的得分函数。研究得出:(1)将区域体育服务业竞争力界定为:特定区域内的体育服务业相比于其他同维度同等级区域的体育服务业而言,具有更持续地、更有效地向市场提供体育服务并获得盈利和产业发展的能力;(2)评价指标体系各层次各指标的重要性程度与权重值(其中准则层中核心竞争力权重值为0.5727、基础竞争力权重值为0.3262、环境竞争力权重值为0.101以及下属各层次指标权重;(3)区域体育服务业竞争力评价模型及其竞争力指数得分函数。同时将美国各行政州相关数据代入进行实证研究与分析。

Based on the perspective of industry comparison,based on defining the concept of regional sports service industry competitiveness,construct the evaluation index system of regional sports service industry competitiveness,and improve the evaluation index system of regional sports service industry competitiveness through the Delphy Fa amendment,and the use of AHP method to calculate the index weight of each level and constructs the evaluation of regional sports service industry competitiveness model,finally obtains the score function of regional sports service industry competitiveness index.The research results show that:①The regional sports service industry competitiveness is defined as the specific area of the sports service industry compared to other regions of the same latitude with the level of sports service industry,provide the sports services to the market and achieve profitability and industry development with more lontium usly and effectively,and the importance degree and the weight of each index at all levels②Evaluaties index system of core competence value(i.e.weight in criterion layer is 0.5727,the basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness weight value is 0.3262 weight value under the weight;each level index is 0.101)③Regional sports service industry competitiveness evaluation model and competitiveness index score function.At the same time,the United States will be related to the relevant administrative data for empirical research and analysis.
