浙江省体育培训业发展特点研究——以篮球培训为例

Research on Characteristics of the Development of Sports Training Industry in Zhejiang Province——Taking Basketball Training as an Example

通过文献研究、问卷调查、访谈等社会科学研究方法,发现篮球培训甚至体育培训行业的政策方面存在严重的不足,尤其是在资质的审核与规范方面,无论是对机构本身、教练员、学员本身都缺少明确的评价体系。因此,体育培训行业的健康发展需要进一步明确相关公共部门的职能,建立合理规范的评价体系,处理好市场中机构、教练员、学员等因素间的关系。

The research on their current status and characteristics has important reference value for the future development of sports training market in Zhejiang Province.This article,mainly through literature research,questionnaires,interviews and other social science research methods,found serious deficiencies in the policies related to basketball training and even the entire sports training industry.Such deficiencies typically exist in the current reviewing process and regulation methods of qualifications.There lacks a clear evaluation system for either the training institutions,or the trainers and trainees.To facilitate robust development of the sports training industry,we need to clarify the functions of relevant government sectors,establish a reasonable and standardized evaluation system,and correctly handle the relationship between the institutions,coaches,and trainees within the market.
