浙江省高职重点校体育工作常态与创新发展对策分析

Analysis on the Normal and Innovative Development of Sports Work in Higher Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang Province

以文献资料研究法、问卷调研法、访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,通过对浙江省五所高职重点校体育工作常态数据的调研和分析,得出以下基本结论:(1)基本标准执行情况和基本条件保障水平整体优于全省和全国高职体育平均水平;(2)在全省近三年学生体质健康现场抽测结果中,平均排名居中,而且期间整体波动较大,五所重点校之间离散性也较大,反映出在学生体质健康标准的贯彻落实方面全面性、充分性和齐整性不够;(3)普遍缺失体育发展性规划和行动计划,创新内驱力不足;(4)体育工作示范引领意识不强,校园体育工作特色、品牌培育与凝练成果不多;(5)体育工作内部管理制度尚不够健全,运动机制不够顺畅,组织管理模式不够规范有序。在此基础上,提出了体育部门主动作为,有效构建省高职重点校协同发展平台,科学架构"网格化"内部协同管理服务体系,以"一校一品"体育工作特色项目建设为抓手,彰显重点校品牌形象力和注重在职体育教师继续教育培训力度等对策与建议。

Based on the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,through five ChongDianJiao sports vocational colleges of zhejiang province work norm research and analysis of data,the following basic conclusions:①The basic standard implementation and the basic conditions for the overall security level is better than that of the whole province and the national average higher vocational sports.②In the entire province nearly three years the field of parking results of physical health of students,average speed,and during the whole volatile,five ChongDianJiao discreteness between is bigger also,reflected in the implementation of student physique healthy standard in terms of comprehensiveness,sufficiency and neat enough.③Lack of sports development planning and action plan,and lack of innovation drive.④The sports work demonstration leads to the lack of consciousness,the campus sports work characteristic,the brand cultivation and the concise results are not much.⑤The internal management system of sports work is not sound enough,the motion mechanism is not smooth enough,and the organization management model is not standardized and orderly.Based on this,puts forward the initiative as a sports department,effectively build province higher vocational ChongDianJiao collaborative development platform,scientific architecture"grid"internal collaborative management and service system,and with"a top school sports work characteristic project construction as the gripper,reveal ChongDianJiao brand image force and pay attention to the in-service teachers continuing education training dynamics,etc.countermeasures and suggestions.
