自闭症儿童生存质量与体力活动相关性研究

Relationship between Quality of Life and Physical Activity in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

比较分析自闭症儿童与正常儿童的生存质量与体力活动水平,探究自闭症儿童生存质量与体力活动之间关系。方法:采用PedsQL4.0儿童生存质量表(Pediatric Generic core Scales,Ped-sQLTM4.0)对所有受试儿童家长进行横截面的问卷调查,运用Actigraph GT3x+加速度计测量自闭症儿童的日常体力活动水平。结果:自闭症儿童与普通儿童在生存质量总得分、生理功能得分、社会功能得分、角色功能得分四个方面均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);体力活动水平方面两者在静坐时间、轻体力活动、中等强度活动、大强度活动和中大体力活动总和(MVPA)存在显著性差异(P<0.05);线性回归模型发现:自闭症儿童生存质量与体力活动之间不存在显著性相关。结论:ASD儿童生存质量低于普通儿童,社会、学校、家庭应该给予更多的服务、支持、与关爱,努力帮助提高其生活质量;自闭症儿童生存质量与体力活动之间不存在显著相关。

Objective:To compare and analyze the quality of life and physical activity in children with autism spectrum disorder and normal children,to explore the relationship between the quality of life and physical activity in children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on all parents of children with PedsQL 4.0 Pediatric Generic core Scales(Ped-sQLTM 4.0).The Actigraph GT3x+accelerometer was used to measure the level of daily physical activity in children with a autism spectrum disorder.Results:There were significant differences in total quality of life scores,physiological function scores,social function scores,and role-function scores between children with autism spectrum disorder and normal children(P<0.05).The levels of physical activity were as follows:There was a significant difference in MVPA between light physical activity,moderate physical activity,vigorous physical activity,and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(P<0.05).The linear regression model found no significant correlation between quality of life and physical activity in children with autism spectrum disorder.Conclusion:The quality of life of ASD children is lower than that of ordinary children.Society,schools and families should provide more services,support,and care to help improve their quality of life.There is no significant correlation between the quality of life of and physical activity in children with autism spectrum disorder.
