摘要
近年来,热泵空调机组的能效标准转变为全年能源消耗效率(APF),该标准能够更加客观全面地评价产品全年的能效。为了提升机组APF,本文提出了一种可卸载的变频双转子压缩机及系统运行方案,通过压缩机气缸卸载结合变频扩展了压缩机的有效运行范围并提升变工况下压缩机及系统运行效率。通过对某机组进行系统仿真,得出了在南北方的两个典型城市南京和北京使用双缸可卸载压缩机和不可卸载压缩机的APF值。结果表明,使用双缸可卸载压缩机后机组APF都有不同程度的提升。
The energy efficiency standards for air conditioners have been upgraded to the annual performance factor ( APF ), which can make a more objective and comprehensive assessment on the actual energy efficiency of air conditioners throughout the whole year. An unloading method based on the twin rotary variable speed compressor is proposed to improve the product's APF. The combination of unloading method and variable speed modulation can expand the compressor operating envelope and improve the working efficiency of compressor and system. System simulation was carried out for an air conditioner with or without unloading function. Beijing and Nanjing were chosen as two typical locations for the air conditioner operating in different climates. The results showed that the air conditioner with unloading function can achieve higher APF than the conventional one without unloading function.
