中药调节树突状细胞免疫功能研究进展

Research progress of immunoregulatory effects of traditional Chinese medicine on dendritic cells

树突状细胞(DCs)是目前已知的功能最强且唯一能激活初始型T细胞、激发初次免疫应答的抗原呈递细胞,在许多免疫系统疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥极为重要的作用。近年来,关于中药对DCs免疫功能的影响越来越受重视,调节DCs免疫活性有望成为中药治疗免疫疾病的重要靶点。文章就近几年中药对DCs免疫功能的影响进行综述。

Dendritic cells(DCs) are a kind of antigen presenting cells which have been demonstrated to have significant effects including activating naive T cells and initiating primary immune response.Besides,DCs play an important role in the occurrence and progression of many immune diseases.Resent years,modulating the function of DCs is becoming a hot spot in studying the immunoregulatory effects of traditional Chinese medicine on many diseases model.The author search for literature and make a review about the immunoregulatory effects of traditional Chinese medicine based on DCs.
