创新与发明是人与其他动物的标志性区别,是思维个体和群体研究的终极目标,是人类社会首先关注的永恒主题。凡是大脑发育正常的人类个体,都具有创新发明的潜能,都有可能在创新发明之中做出自己应有的贡献。但在客观现实中,并非人人都是创新发明家。这是因为创新发明特别是重大的创新发明常常先要经过数十次乃至数百次的失败,方可看到成功的希望!没有智慧与情商的大力投入,没有百折不挠的拼搏,创新发明往往会擦肩而过。聪明的创新发明者,必须善于综合运用创新发明的三大动力源。
