中国农业保险及其对农业生产的影响研究

Research of the Effect of China Agricultural Insurance on Agricultural Production

中国农业保险实施至今已有十余年,研究农业保险对农业生产的影响效应对创新农业险种、促进农业保险深入发展具有重要意义。从全国角度出发,利用聚类分析划分中国农业保险发展区域,根据经济发展水平和农业发展水平将31个省市划分为四类区域,并利用面板数据计量模型分析全国和四类区域中农业保险对农业生产的影响效果。结果表明,农业保险对农业生产具有显著的促进作用,同时播种面积、赔付率、人力资本对农业生产也具有正向影响。

China agricultural insurance has been implemented for more than ten years. It has a great significance to study the impact of agricultural insurance on agricultural production on the innovation of agricultural insurance and the promotion of agricultural insurance. From a national perspective, using the cluster analysis to divide China agricultural insurance development areas, according to the economic development level and agricultural development level, 31 provinces and cities are divided into four regions; and then using panel data model to analyze national and four regions’ agricultural insurance for agricultural production the effect of the impact. The results show that agricultural insurance has a significant role in promoting agricultural production, while planting area, loss ratio, and human capital also have a positive impact on agricultural production.
