基于聚类分析探讨护理学硕士研究生学位论文选题热点

The Thesis Topic Selection of Nursing Master Degree Based on Cluster Analysis

目的了解护理学硕士研究生学位论文选题现状与发展趋势,指出当前选题存在的问题,为提高研究生选题质量提供参考。方法在中国知网硕博士学位论文数据库获取2013-2017年的护理硕士研究生学位论文全文。将学位论文中的关键词导入书目共现分析系统(bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder,Bicomb),得到高频关键词,形成关键词词篇矩阵,使用图形聚类工具包gCLUTO1.0对高频关键词进行聚类分析。结果获取护理学硕士研究生学位论文共3752篇,其中:学术学位论文3504篇,获得高频关键词23个,选题热点可概括为研究方法相关的应用与分析、慢性病生活质量相关研究、心理社会特点与疾病管理研究3个主题;专业学位论文248篇,得到高频关键词22个,选题热点概括为研究方法相关的应用与分析研究、临床实践相关研究、心理社会特点与疾病管理研究3个主题。结论护理学硕士研究生学位论文选题与社会需求相协调,学术学位与专业学位研究生选题既有统一性又有差异性,且体现了专业学位特色;但存在选题热点比较局限,与其他学科交叉不够深入的问题。护理学硕士研究生培养单位及导师在指导硕士研究生选题时应注意克服局限性。

Objective To understand the status and development trend about theses topic selection of nursing master degree,and to point out the problems existing in current topic selection,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of topic selection.Methods The full-text of master’s dissertations for nursing from 2013 to 2017 in the China Knowledge Network Doctoral Dissertation Database were obtained.The key words in the dissertation were imported into Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(Bicomb).The high-frequency keywords were obtained,and key word matrix was formed.The high-frequency keywords were clustered by using Graphical Clustering Toolkit(gCLUTO).Results A total of 3725 nursing master’s theses were selected,including 3504 academic degree theses and 23 high-frequency keywords were obtained.The hot topics of master’s degree thesis can be summarized as applications and analysis of research methods,the quality of life in elderly with chronic diseases,psychosocial characteristics and disease management.There were 248 professional degree dissertations and 22 high-frequency keywords.The topics were summarized into three themes,including applications and analysis of research methods,clinical practice research,psychosocial characteristics and disease management.Conclusions The topic selection of master’s thesis is coordinated with social needs.The topic selection of academic degree and professional degree is not only unified but also different,and reflects the characteristics of each degree.However,there are some limitations in the selection of topics,and the intersection with other disciplines is not deep enough.When guiding the selection of thesis topics for the master students,the training institution and supervisor should pay more attentions to overcome these problems.
