Effect of Maternal Voice on Preterm Infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit:A Meta-analysis

目的系统评价母亲声音在新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)早产儿中的应用效果。方法计算机检索从建库至2017年7月期间PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)中有关母亲声音在NICU早产儿中应用效果的随机对照试验和自身对照试验,使用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8项研究,Meta分析结果显示:母亲声音组早产儿干预后的心率低于常规护理组(P<0.05);从经口喂养到全口喂养(经口喂养奶量≥120ml/kg·d)时间及住院时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05);干预后呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、每日体质量增长、经口喂养时间与常规护理组相比,两组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论母亲声音干预可稳定NICU早产儿的心率,缩短其从经口喂养到全口喂养(经口喂养奶量≥120ml/kg·d)的时间及住院时间,有利于早产儿的生长。由于纳入研究的方法学质量限制、样本量较少,因此未来尚需开展高质量、大样本的原始研究,以进一步完善评价。

Objective To evaluate the effect of maternal voice on preterm infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)by meta-analysis.Methods Relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)and self-control trials that assessed the influence of maternal voice on preterm infants in NICU were retrieved from PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database.The methodological quality of the eligible studies was assessed by two investigators independently.Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3.Results A total of eight trials were included.Meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences in heart rate,the time from initial to full oral feeding(oral feeding amount≥120ml/kg/d)and the days of hospitalization(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in respiratory rate,oxygen saturation,daily weight gain and oral feeding time between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusions Maternal voice could stabilize the heart rate of preterm infants in NICU,shorten the time from initial to full oral feeding and hospitalization time,which promotes the growth of preterm infants.Due to the limitation of the methodological quality and sample size of the study,the well-designed,large sample size trials are needed to further improve the evaluation.
