心肌梗死急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者心理弹性水平及其影响因素

Psychological Resilience in Patients Received Emergency PCI after Myocardial Infarction and Its Influencing Factors

目的调查心肌梗死急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者心理弹性水平并分析其影响因素。方法便利抽样选取2018年2-6月在北京市某三甲医院诊断为心肌梗死并经由急诊行PCI术后送入心内科监护室的患者88例,采用中文版心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、社会支持评定量表、一般效能感量表和一般情况问卷对其进行调查。结果心肌梗死急诊PCI术后患者CD-RISC总得分为(68.10±17.89)分,坚韧维度得分(34.27±9.96)分,力量维度得分(23.58±5.61)分,乐观维度得分(10.16±3.36)分;社会支持得分为(42.36±6.79)分;一般自我效能感得分为(28.41±7.79)分;文化程度、社会支持与一般自我效能感对心理弹性产生影响(均P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死急诊PCI术后患者心理弹性处于较低水平,文化程度、社会支持与一般自我效能感对心理弹性具有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the level of psychological resilience in patients who received emergency PCI after myocardial infarction(MI)and to explore its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling method,88 patients who received emergency PCI in a third-class hospital from February to June2018 were selected and measured by the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),social support revalued scale(SSRS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and a general questionnaire.Results The total score of CD-RISC was(68.10±17.89),and the mean score for toughness dimension was(34.27±9.96),strength dimension was(23.58±5.61)and optimism dimension was(10.16±3.36).The score of SSRS was(42.36±6.79)and the score of GSES was(28.41±7.79).Education,social support and self-efficacy affected patients’ psychological resilience(all P<0.05).Conclusions The psychological resilience of patients received emergency PCI after myocardial infarction is at a lower level.Education,social support and self-efficacy contributes a positive effect on psychological resilience.
