当前我国社会主要矛盾与逆全球化的关联和应对

The Correlation and Implication of the Main Contradictions of China's Society and Anti-Globalization

肇始于20世纪90年代末的逆全球化直指"美版全球化"诱发的"规则之争"和"发展之殇"。当前我国社会主要矛盾和逆全球化的关联首先表现在我国在现行国际经贸规则安排中还处于不公平的被损害地位,这不利于当前我国社会主要矛盾的最终解决。其次,逆全球化折射的"发展之殇"警示我们必须高度重视并积极解决当前我国不平衡不充分的发展这一棘手问题。两者之间的意蕴在于当前必须以党的十九大精神统领和指导我国的各项工作,以人为本,不断提高和改善民生,拓展社会主义民主政治的深度和广度。同时,以主动灵活的策略和切实有效的作为积极引领国际经贸规则改革,推动全球治理体系变革,为当前我国社会主要矛盾循序渐进地最终解决构建有利的国际环境。

The counter-globalization that began in the late 1990s directly points to“the competition of the rule”and“the shackles of development”induced by the "US version of globalization." At present,the main contradiction of China's society and the counter-globalization are first manifested in China's unfairly damaged position in the current international economic and trade rules,which is not conducive to the gradual and final resolution of the main contradictions in China's society.Secondly,the "developmental flaw" reflected by counter-globalization warns that we must attach great importance to and actively solve the thorny issue of the current unbalanced development of China.The implication between the main contradictions in China's society and counter-globalization lies in the fact that the soul of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China must be used to guide all aspects of our work,to improve people's livelihood and to expand the depth and breadth of socialist democracy.At the same time,our country should promote the reform of the global governance system with active and flexible strategies and effective way to lead the reform of international economic and trade rules,building a favorable international environment for the final resolution of the main contradictions in China's current society.
