地方高校“有效课堂”的适切性研究

On Appropriateness of Efficient Classroom Teaching of Local College

新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议提出:"加快振兴本科教育,全面提高高校人才培养能力"。针对地方高校教学过程中"有效课堂"成为"问题课堂"的现状,从高等教育适切性角度剖析了地方高校"有效课堂"失效的原因,提出必须深化课堂教学改革,改变传统教学模式,完善专业结构和课程体系建设,健全教学激励机制,强化教师培训机制等措施。

National conference on college postgraduate programs in the New Era stipulates that college postgraduate programs be prospered and college talent cultivation be promoted.Faced up with the situation that local college’efficient classroom teaching is becoming a problematic one,this paper,from the perspective of appropriateness of higher education,probes into the cause for the inefficiency of local college’efficient classroom teaching.Meanwhile,to address this issue,the paper suggests that it is of necessity and importance to deepen college teaching reform,change the traditional teaching paradigm,optimize the current specialty and curriculum system,establish teaching impetus mechanism,and strengthen staff training.
