摘要
文章以本田节能大赛参赛的本田125发动机为研究对象,目标是实现电喷改进。首先在GT-POWER中建立仿真模型,通过发动机工作过程仿真计算,分析不同直径的节气门体对发动机进气管负压影响来确定节气门体直径的设定。并在此基础上,分析不同压缩比对发动机功率扭矩的影响来确定压缩比的改进。从而针对节能竞技大赛发动机的常用转速和目标经济转速进行优化设计,改进发动机性能,提高比赛成绩。
In this paper, the Honda 125 engine in the Honda Energy Saving Competition is taken as the research object. The goal is to improve the EFI. Firstly, a simulation model is established in GT-POWER. Through the simulation calculation of engine working process, the influence of throttle body with different diameters on the negative pressure of engine intake manifold is analyzed to determine the throttle body diameter setting. On this basis, the influence of different compression ratio on engine power torque is analyzed to determine the improvement of compression ratio. In order to improve the performance of the engine and improve the performance of the competition, the optimization design of the common speed and the target economic speed of the energy-saving competition engine is carried out.
