摘要
针对某款车型开发过程中出现的驱动轴支架断裂问题,通过台架试验,CAE分析,整车振动测试等手段,查出断裂原因。通过支架模态分析确定了支架整改方案,最终解决了问题。在最后提出了支架设计建议,为后续驱动轴支架的设计开发提供参考。
After discovering the drive shaft bracket fractures in the development of a vehicle model, this paper aims to identify the causes by bench test and CAE analysis and vehicle vibration measurement. The author analyzes the model, establishes the improvement program, and finally figures out the solutions. Suggestions on designing brackets are proposed, which provides future references for designing and developing drive shafts.
