摘要
近年来,薄膜前处理技术正在加速应用普及,替代磷化趋势愈加明显。文章从薄膜前处理技术的原理、磷化工艺改为薄膜工艺的设备改造、材料验证、薄膜应用过程中的主要问题处理及工艺管理等方面进行了介绍。
In recent years, thin-film pretreatment technology is getting popular and the trend to replace traditional phospha-ting process is more and more clear.This article describes the principle of film pretreatment technology, equipment modification of phosphating process to thin-film process, material verification, trouble shooting and process management in thin-film application process.
