在汽车技术快速发展的时代,尤其是汽车专业,传统的课堂教学模式已经不能适应社会的发展,要培养好学生,必须创新教学方法,发展以技能为导向的职业教育。在工学交替的背景下,提出"现代学徒制"的培养模式,校企合作,产教融合,双证融通。采用双导师制——实践技能以企业师傅为主,理论辅导以学校导师为主的教学方式,强调理论知识积累,实际动手为主,解决生产问题。以汽车制造专业,探究现"代学徒制"教学改革与实践。

In the era of rapid development of automobile technology, especially the automobile specialty, the traditional classroom teaching mode has already can not adapt to the development of the society. To cultivate good student, it must innovate the teaching methods and develop the vocational education skills. Under the background of the alternation of work and study, this paper puts forward the training model of "modern apprenticeship system", school-enterprise cooperation, industry-teaching integration and double-certificate integration. It adopts dual tutor system that practical skills are mainly taught by enterprise teachers, and theoretical guidance is mainly taught by school tutors, emphasizing theoretical knowledge accumulation and practical operation to solve production problems. To explore the reform and practice of "substitute apprentice system" teaching in automobile manufacturing.
