摘要
设施管理是一门跨学科、多专业交叉的新兴学科,涵盖了管理科学、建筑科学、经济学、行为艺术、环境保护和工程技术等多学科理论。在我国社会经济结构转型、供给侧体制改革逐步深化的新时代,设施管理面临着巨大市场机遇和挑战,设施管理知识传播和人才培养机制还不健全。文章笔者通过研读国际上开设设施管理学历教育的高校的课程体系、培养计划等资料,研究了国际上高校设施管理高等学历教育学科现状,阐述了高校设施管理学科设置特点、学科培养目标及培养规模,系统梳理了高校设施管理学历教育的课程体系,总结了各高校设施管理的专业特色,为我国设施管理教育未来的发展提供了可供借鉴的思路。
Facility management is an emerging interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary, covering management science, architecture science, economics, behavior art, environmental protection and engineering technology and other multidisciplinary theories. In the new era, facilities management is facing huge market opportunities and challenges. However, the mechanism of knowledge dissemination and personnel training in facilities management is still not perfect. In this article, we will study the information of international universities offering facilities management courses. This paper expounds the characteristics of discipline setup, training objectives, training scale and curriculum system of facility management in international universities. This paper summarizes the professional characteristics of facilities management in international universities, and provides some ideas for the future development of facilities management education in China.
