科举制的演变对新时代应用型高校大学生就业质量提升的几点思考

中国科举制诞生于隋朝,消亡在清朝,在中国的历史上有着重要的影响,其在文化、教育等方面至今有一定的影响因子存在。通过对中国科举制度的产生、发展、消亡的演变来剖析新时代高等教育对大学生的培养以及在就业中存在的困难和问题,以古借今,在就业质量提升、社会责任感加强等方面开展对比研究,找到有效培养学生更高质量就业的方法、手段、机制,使得高等教育真正达到"人尽其才,才尽其用"的目标。

The Chinese imperial examination system was born in the Sui dynasty and died out in the Qing dynasty. It has an important influence in the history of China. It has certain influence factors in culture and education.Through the evolution of the emergence, development and extinction of the Chinese imperial examination system, this paper analyzes the training of college students and the difficulties and problems in employment in the new era of higher education. To find effective methods, means and mechanisms to train students for higher quality employment,so that higher education can truly achieve the goal of "making the best use of human talents."
