高校大学生创业园项目个性化管理研究

大学生创业园是高校培养大学生创新精神,提高大学生创业意识,促进大学生就业的实践平台,当前大学生创业园项目存在管理单一、服务不力、扶持不到位等方面不足。通过构建新型大学生创业园项目管理团队,完善创新大学生创业园项目服务内容,营造整合大学生创业园项目经营模式,培养创新创业人才,实现大学生创业园项目的个性化管理。
