基于创新性培养的研究生教育与实践研究

在教育大国向教育强国的转变过程中,人才创新能力的高低是关键,而研究生作为现代人才的主要生力军,其创新能力的培养不可忽视。文章概述了国内外研究生创新能力的不同培养方式,分析当前研究生培养的主要问题,最后以北京化工大学为例介绍了在研究生创新能力培养方面的进展。

In the process of the transformation from an education country to education power, the level of innovation ability is the key. As the main forces, the cultivation of graduate students’ innovation ability seems to be overwhelmingly significant. This paper summarizes the different ways of cultivating graduate students’ innovative ability at home and abroad, and analyzes the main problems of graduate students’ cultivation at present. At last, taking Beijing University of Chemical Technologyas an example, the paper introduces the progress of cultivating graduate students’ innovative ability.
