摘要
伴随着我国现代远程教育的发展,成人学生已逐渐形成一个庞大的社会群体,学生构成也呈现多样化趋势,学生激励作为成人学习者人才培养的重要手段之一,其作用越显突出。探索具有远程教育特色的学生学习激励机制,有助于激发学生的学习动力,帮助学生实现学习目标,提升综合素质。本研究主要运用了实证研究的方法,结合工作实践提出学生激励机制的改进建议。希望为学生学习激励机制构建与优化提供帮助,完善远程教育学习支持服务体系,服务北京市学习型城市建设。
Along with the development of modern distance education in China,adult students have gradually formed a large social group,and the composition of students is also diversified.As one of the important methods of adult learners'talent cultivation,student motivation plays an increasingly prominent role.Exploring the student learning incentive mechanism with features of distance education is conducive to stimulating students'learning motivation,helping students to achieve learning goals and improving their comprehensive quality.This research mainly USES the method of empirical research and puts forward the improvement Suggestions of the student motivation mechanism in combination with work practice.I hope to provide help for the construction and optimization of student learning incentive mechanism,improve the remote education learning support service system,and serve the construction of Beijing learning city.
