基于教学目标分类理论的护理OSCE标准化病例应用效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解基于Bloom教学目标分类理论的OSCE护理标准化病例应用效果,进一步提高教学质量。方法:对实施OSCE模式考核的本科护生进行自制问卷调查,采用SPSS20.0对调查结果进行数据分析。结果:绝大多数同学对OSCE标准化病例教学有较大兴趣;86.3%的同学认为标准化病例教学对临床实习有较大帮助。结论:OSCE标准化病例的应用对护理实践考核具有良好的指导意义,可行性较强,应用效果较好。标准化病例需要不断补充、修订,以更好应用于教学。 Objective: To understand the application effect of OSCE nursing standardized cases based on Bloom’s teaching target classification theory, and further improve the teaching quality. Methods: A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted for undergraduate nursing students who implemented OSCE mode assessment, and SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the results of the survey.Results: Most of the students have a great interest in OSCE standardized case teaching; 86.3% of the students believe that standardized case teaching is of great help to clinical internship. Conclusion: The application of standardized cases of OSCE has good guiding significance for the assessment of nursing practice, is feasible and effective. Standardized cases need to be constantly supplemented and revised for better application in teaching.
