摘要
本科生导师制是许多高校正在探索的一种人才培养模式。以西华大学为例,文章分析了本科生导师制的实施现状、学生参与意愿及其影响因素。研究发现,学生参与本科生导师制的意愿不强,实施效果有待改善。影响学生参与意愿的因素主要包括:学生发展规划是否明确和学生所在年级的高低。文章在构建导师选择标准、满足学生需求、创新实施过程和建立激励评价机制方面给出策略思考。
The undergraduate advisor system is a talent training model that many colleges are exploring. Based on a survey of Xihua University, this paper analyzes the situation of advisor system, undergraduate’s participation intention and its influential factors.The results show that, advisor system doesn’t work well, because undergraduate’s participation intention isn’t strong, and undergraduate’s development planning and grade influence undergraduate’s participation intention obviously. This paper takes offers the advice on selection criteria of teachers, meeting the requirements, innovation of teaching and establish of evaluation mechanism.
