基于态度视角的项目课程培养高职学生职业核心素养的初探

通过探讨培养高职学生核心素养的意义,确立专业课程是培养高职学生核心素养的重要途径。基于态度的视角,分析职业核心素养的构成要素,划分基于态度形成过程的职业核心素养教育阶段,解决职业核心素养外延广泛,不易于教师在课程教学中落实实践的问题。建构在项目课程教学过程中培育职业核心素养的操作体系,解决课程培育职业核心素养目标不明确、缺乏教学内容支撑、没有教学活动设计,培育职业核心素养的结果无法评价的实践问题。在项目实施过程中提升项目课程育人载体价值,提高教学质量,培育高职态度好、知识新、技能强的实用型人才。

By discussing the significance of cultivating the core literacy of higher vocational students, establishing professional courses is an important way to cultivate the core literacy of higher vocational students.
