摘要
文章阐明了应用技术型院校教师发展的重要意义,以上海电机学院为例,运用PEST与SWOT工具,分析了应用技术型院校教师发展的宏观环境和竞争态势,并提出了教师发展的应对策略与建议。
This paper clarifies the importance of teacher development in Applied Technology Universities. PEST and SWOT tools are used to analyze the macro environment and competition situation. Finally, this paper also puts forward some strategies and suggestions for teacher development.
