浅议高校转专业工作中的问题及应对策略

我国高校转专业工作一直备受社会关注,同时也是高校教育管理工作的重要组成部分,关系重大。为满足国家中长期人才培养与发展规划的需要,教育部对学籍管理制度进行了调整。在这种新形势下,高校转专业工作面临新的问题和挑战,需要广大高校管理工作者深入了解高校转专业工作,不断思考和探究存在的问题,为构建高校转专业工作良性机制而努力。

Domestic major change in university has always been concerned, which also takes great part in university education management work. In order to satisfy the requirements of national medium and long term talent training and development program,the Ministry of Education improved the student status management system. Under this new situation,major change in university faces new problems and challenges, which needs university managers to deeply understand major change in universities, continuously think and explore its problems, and make great efforts to benign mechanism formulation of university major change.
