摘要 目的:探讨脐带血细菌污染阳性率及不同设备在脐带血培养中的异同。方法:统计2015~2017年山东省脐带血造血干细胞库的血培养情况,比较培养天数对细菌检出率的影响,同时比对两种设备的细菌阳性率和使用情况。结果:2015年、2016年、2017年的细菌阳性率分别为2.69%、2.33%、2.05%。培养5天能检测出99%以上的细菌,采集环节是脐带血污染的主要部分,约占90%。两种血培仪设备(法国梅里埃BacT/ALERT 3D 240和美国BD BACTECTMFX)的细菌阳性率基本相同。结论:脐带血细菌污染阳性率逐年降低,全自动化血培养5天符合检测要求,加强临床采血的无菌操作,可降低脐带血污染的几率。两种全自动化血培仪的细菌阳性率无显著差异。 Objective: To investigate the positive rate of bacterial contamination of cord blood and the similarities and differences of different equipment for cord blood culture. Methods: The blood culture of our bank in 2015 ~ 2017 was counted,and the effect of the number of culture days on the detection rate of bacteria was investigated.The positive rate and usage of the two devices were compared.Results: The positive rate of bacteria for three consecutive years was2.69%,2.33%,2.05%,and the positive rate of bacteria decreased year by year.After 5 days of culture,more than 99% of the bacteria can be detected.Through data analysis,the blood collection was the main part of cord blood pollution,accounting for about 90%.The bacterial positive rates of two kinds of blood culture equipments used in China( Merieux BacT/ALERT 3D 240 from France and BD BACTECTM FX from United States) were basically the same.Conclusion:The positive rate of umbilical cord blood decreased year by year,and the fully automated blood culture meets the testing requirements for 5 days.Strengthening the aseptic operation of clinical blood collection can reduce the risk of cord blood pollution. The bacterial positive rates of two fully automated blood culture instruments have no significant difference statistically.
