基于纤维疏解的造纸法再造烟叶产品涂布率检测方法 被引量:2

摘要 为了快速准确地直接检测出造纸法再造烟叶产品的涂布率,建立了基于纤维疏解的涂布率检测方法,通过单因素实验和L9(33)正交实验方法考察了不同疏解工艺条件(水温、疏解时间、清水添加量)对检测结果及样品纤维形态的影响,利用优化后的疏解工艺对不同的样品进行了涂布率测定,同时与常规采用的定量检测计算方法得到的结果进行了比较。结果表明:(1)疏解工艺条件中对涂布率检测结果影响大小依次为:疏解时间>清水添加量>清水温度;优化确定的最佳疏解工艺条件为:清水温度40℃、疏解时间120s、清水添加量1.6L。(2)该检测方法的变异系数小于1%;在95%置信区间内,其检测值与常规采用的定量检测计算方法得到的涂布率值没有显著差异。 In order to measure the coating rate of reconstituted tobacco rapidly and accurately,a method based on f iber disintegration was developed.With single factor test and L9(33)orthogonal test,the effects of different fiber disintegration conditions(such as water temperature,disintegrating time,water addition)on the measuring results and fiber morphology were investigated.Coating rates of different samples were measured with optimized fiber disintegration technique,and the data were compared with those determined by conventional method using basis weight measurement.The results showed that:1)The influence degree by fiber disintegration conditions was in the order of disintegrating time>water addition>water temperature.The optimal fiber disintegration condition was:water temperature 40℃,disintegrating time 120s,water addition 1.6L.2)The variation coefficient of the method was less than 1%.There was no significant difference between the results determined by this method and conventional method using basis weight measurement at the confidence interval of 95%.
