摘要
陈鹤琴提出的命题"没有教不好的学生,只有不会教的老师"在当前面临诸多误读。以对此命题的误读作为评价教师工作的标准将损伤教师的专业自尊、教学效能感,甚至影响到教师的身心健康,最终祸及教育的健康发展。结合时代发展背景,把此命题置于哲学、心理学、社会文化学、课程论和教育评价学等学科框架中进行反思,我们能够在理解此命题本意的基础上获得正确的现代解读。
Chen Heqin's topic“no students cannot be taught well if teachers are good at teaching”is facing kinds of misreading.If we use these misreading as an evaluation criterion of teachers’work,professional self-esteem,teaching efficacy,it even affects teacher's physical and mental health.Finally,the health of education will be hurt seriously.Combining the development background of The Times,we reflect on the topic from a multidisciplinary perspective such as Philosophy,Psychology,and Sociology of culture,Curriculum and Education evaluation,it will give us the right interpretation of the topic.
