摘要
文章针对高校青年教师党员发展工作的现状进行了调查,分析青年教师党员发展工作缓慢的原因,并提出通过加强基层党组织建设,增强党的凝聚力;建立党外青年教师培训制度;健全非党员教师联系制度;加大与学校统战工作的协调;壮大积极分子队伍;大力宣传优秀党员的先进事迹;抓好党员教育管理;加强党员发展制度建设等措施。这些对策让青年教师感受到党的关怀,有助于建设政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛、育人水平高超的高素质教师队伍。
This paper investigates the current situation of the development of young teachers in colleges and universities,analyzes the reasons for the slow development of young teachers,and proposes to strengthen the party's cohesiveness by strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations;establishing a training system for young teachers outside the party;Institutions;increase coordination with the united front work of the school;strengthen the ranks of activists;vigorously publicize the advanced deeds of outstanding party members;do a good job in education management of party members;and strengthen measures such as the construction of party members'development system.These countermeasures allow young teachers to feel the care of the party and help build a team of highly qualified teachers with excellent political quality,exquisite professional skills and high level of education.
