企业家精神是高校创业教育的核心培养内容,对促进大学生创业和提升就业竞争能力具有重要意义。针对当前创业教育中存在的主要问题,为有效提升大学生企业家精神教育水平及效果,高校应将企业家精神教育全面融入校园文化建设中,积极推进企业家精神教育进课堂,坚持"请进来"与"走出去"措施的有效结合,突出教育教学活动的阶段性设计,以及建立与企业家精神教育相配套的保障制度。

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit education are of great significance for promoting university students’Entrepreneurship and enhancing their employment competitiveness.Cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit of university students is the core of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.In view of the main problems existing in the current entrepreneurship education,colleges and universities should integrate entrepreneurial spirit education into the campus culture,actively promote entrepreneurial spirit education into the classroom,adhere to the effective combination of“please come in”and“go out”,highlight the stage design of education and teaching activities,and establish an organization and guarantee system for entrepreneurial spirit education,so as to enhance the level and effect of entrepreneurial spirit education for university students.
