摘要
为了更加深入、细致地推进教育公平,促进每一个孩子个性化成长,台湾地区行政当局将中小学生补偿教育作为重要突破口,实施了"教育优先区计划""课后照顾服务""补救教学"等以课后辅导为主题的补偿教育方案。分析我国台湾地区中小学生补偿教育的发展背景与动因、内容与成效,本文提出应从以下三方面提高我国大陆地区中小学生补偿教育发展水平。第一,明确补偿教育的目标定位和责任主体;第二,加强对补偿教育政策的全面布局和顶层设计;第三,增加弹性课程,开发地方特色课程。
To promote detailed educational equality deeply,and to advance the personal growth of each child,the government of Taiwan puts supplemental education as the major sally port.The supplemental educational programs,including"educational priority area plan"after-school care service"and"remedial teaching"are implemented and their common content is academic-oriented after-school tutoring.Analyzing the development background,motivation,content and effect of supplemental education of Taiwan,This paper improves the development level of education compensation for primary and middle school students in China's Mainland from the following three aspects.Firstly,clear compensation education target positioning and responsibility subject.Secondly,strengthen the overall layout and top-level design of the compensation education policy;Thirdly,we should increase flexible courses and develop local characteristic courses.
